Field Sales Executive

Modern Lottery Nigeria is seeking passionate, result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell company products while building strong client relationships in your assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned area
• Follow up on leads and close deals promptly
• Achieve personal and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports

Requirements

• Excellent communication and teamship skills
• Field sales experience (preferred)
• Confidence, high energy, and a drive to succeed
• Basic computer literacy
• Must reside in or near Lagos
• Responsible and disciplined
• Punctual
• Honest and hardworking

Salary

• Basic Pay: ₦100,000 monthly
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₦8,000
• Transportation: ₦5,000
• Target Bonus: ₦10,000 (after 3 consecutive wins)
• Salary increase after 3-month probation
• Extra bonuses for team goal achievements
