Project Manager – Telecom Site Build

M-P Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of telecom site projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil and structural works from execution through completion and handover.
  • Ensure sites are completed and handed over "Ready for Installation" in line with SOW and project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Client.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
  • Manage BOQ quantities, variations, and reconciliation with procurement.
  • Lead engagement with communities, vendors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and monitor budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company QA/QC procedures.
  • Lead project closeout, including as-built documentation, test reports, handover packs, and securing client sign-off.

Requirements

  • B.Eng / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing telecom, civil, or infrastructure site projects.
  • Strong telecom/tower site experience is highly preferred.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of TSS, foundation works, tower erection, earthing, retaining walls, and fencing.
  • Strong BOQ management, reporting, commercial, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
