Rich-Rotoye Consulting (Olaniyi Titiloye & Co) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join its growing organisation. The company operates on a large scale with multi-billion-naira annual revenue and requires a strong finance leader who can drive effective financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee accurate financial records and ensure timely management reports
• Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Hold a First Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance/Business Administration)
• Possess relevant professional qualification (ICAN or equivalent)
• Be computer savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/financial tools/systems
• Have at least 8 years post-qualification experience in finance/accounting roles
• Ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision.
