Account Activation Officers

We are hiring Account Activation Officers for a fast-growing fintech company based in Ogba, Lagos. This remote role involves guiding customers through the registration and activation process for the company's mobile app, ensuring accurate data capture, and achieving daily and monthly activation targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account registration and activation.
• Guide customers through the company's onboarding process.
• Follow up with customers who have incomplete or pending activations.
• Provide basic assistance and information to customers.
• Ensure customer details are properly captured and updated.
• Maintain accurate records of activated accounts.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly activation targets.
• Escalate customer issues that require further assistance.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and data-protection requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/SSCE qualification.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and internet-based applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone/computer.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in Fintech, banking, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or account onboarding is an advantage.
• The ideal candidate must have a smartphone in good condition.

Salary ₦150,000 per month for 100 successful account activations.
