Sales Representative

Biotiat Ventures Limited is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's range of children's footwear, toys, accessories, and other products to prospective and existing customers
• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities through both online and offline marketing channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and marketing targets
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Create engaging promotional content, including product posts, campaigns, and advertisements for the store's social media pages
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all communication channels, providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends within the children's retail industry
• Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, special offers, and in-store events
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, marketing initiatives, and campaign performance
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities
• Ensure products are effectively displayed and promoted to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities
• Represent the brand professionally at all times while upholding the company's values, standards, and commitment to excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria
