About the role

Automotive Corporate Senior Sales Executive

Mikano is seeking an experienced Automotive Corporate Senior Sales Executive to develop and manage corporate, fleet, government, institutional, and key account customers while achieving vehicle sales targets and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate, fleet, government, NGO, embassy, and institutional customers
  • Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, and business prospecting
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Promote the full range of company vehicle brands and models
  • Develop fleet replacement opportunities
  • Manage large-volume fleet orders
  • Monitor government and corporate tenders
  • Prepare tender documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate or fleet sales experience
  • 5–8 years of automotive sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong network within corporate, government, oil & gas, telecom, banking, construction, and multinational sectors
  • Experience handling fleet and institutional accounts
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets
