Senior Quantity Surveyor

Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all quantity surveying activities.
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring they remain within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:

• N800,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
