About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our construction team in Victoria Island, Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans based on architectural and engineering specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans based on architectural and engineering specifications
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required to support project execution
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship or OND/HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of drafting experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and building regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
Salary ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (Monthly)
