About the role
Chat Moderator
A remote, full-time position moderating chat on gaming platforms. You'll enforce community standards, handle player disputes, and maintain a fair gaming environment across Hypixel Network and Hytale.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate chat across gaming platforms
- Handle players using third-party modifications and enforce anti-cheat policies
- Manage community disputes and enforce community guidelines
- Work independently and collaboratively with the moderation team
Requirements
- Good understanding of Hypixel Network and Hytale
- Previous experience handling moderation on platforms like Discord
- Previous experience dealing with players using third-party modifications
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be a member of Remote Platform
