Accounting/Finance Officer

Fllamingo Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Officer to maintain financial records, manage transactions, and support the finance department with accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting books regularly
• Record daily financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices
• Reconcile stock utilization
• Track incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances
• Provide necessary financial documents and explanations during internal or external audits
• Input and manage financial data using accounting software such as Tally Prime
• Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating irregularities and taking appropriate actions
• Generate reports using accounting software
• Ensure efficient filing system with proper document organization and indexing
• Assist the finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime preferred)
• Advantage: residence around Surulere, Orile, Mile 2, Ijesha, or Ago
