Sales Representative (Kitchen Utensils & Gift Items)

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is recruiting a customer-friendly and sales-driven Sales Representative to join our retail team in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell kitchen utensils, gift items, and household products
• Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and budget
• Arrange, restock, and maintain neat product displays
• Handle customer payments and issue receipts where necessary
• Keep the store clean, organized, and attractive at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (advantageous)

Salary

N120,000 per month

Work Schedule

Monday – Saturday
