Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager

ICS Outsourcing Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager to drive digital marketing strategy, growth initiatives, and AI-powered optimization across the organization's brands and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns across web and social channels
• Manage online presence and performance monitoring across all digital touchpoints
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve campaign targeting and customer engagement
• Optimize campaign spend and performance through analytics monitoring
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to scale user acquisition and retention
• Develop content for digital channels with brand-consistent messaging
• Analyze performance metrics using dashboards and BI tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and brand visibility
• Stay current with digital and AI trends relevant to Nigerian and global markets

Requirements

• Strong digital marketing strategy and performance marketing expertise
• Proven experience in campaign management across web and social channels
• Growth marketing skills including funnel optimization and A/B testing
• Proficiency with AI and marketing technology tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions
• Content development capabilities including copywriting and basic visual coordination
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills with dashboard/BI tool experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (beneficial)
• Experience in digital marketing or growth roles within professional services, outsourcing, or B2B environments (advantageous)
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management abilities
• Familiarity with Nigerian business landscape and local digital platforms
• Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies
