About the role
Personal Assistant at Alan & Grant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to support senior leadership at Alan & Grant in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in an executive support role and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership with administrative and scheduling tasks
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Coordinate office operations and manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 2–4 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office productivity tools
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
