Account Partner - EBU Sales

MTN Nigeria is seeking an Account Partner to drive enterprise business growth in Kogi State. This role involves managing corporate accounts, developing sales strategies, and delivering shareholder value through professional account management and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Increase MTN market share by acquiring new accounts and maintaining current corporate relationships
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to bill delivery
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and data mining to identify potential customers and opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends to uncover new prospects for the corporate sales department
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, contractual documentation, and status reports to MTN standards
  • Log, escalate, and troubleshoot customer service requests, queries, and complaints
  • Develop and execute account development plans aligned with operational targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
  • 3–7 years of professional experience in a related field
  • Experience working in medium-sized organizations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Fluent in English
