Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a Female Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate the Sales and Marketing team performance
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance against targets
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and investment properties
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engines, and company website
• Manage the company's social media presence, content approval, and brand messaging
• Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Monitor website performance, SEO, and online property listings
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools
• Plan and coordinate property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Prepare and manage the department's sales and marketing budget
• Review and approve marketing materials and sales presentations
• Negotiate and close high-value property sales and partnerships
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Collaborate with Projects, Finance, Customer Service, and Legal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Preferably experience within real estate, construction, or property development
• Professional certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Proven experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM platforms
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Budget planning and performance management skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Salary

NGN 400,000 - 600,000 per month
