Customer Service Representative
Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide product/service information to customers as required
- Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in any relevant field
- 1–2 years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
