Customer Service Representative

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide product/service information to customers as required
  • Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
