Business Development Manager
Remote position based in Lagos – Full-time role reporting to CEO/Head of Operations.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for a multi-product portfolio in the fintech/cybersecurity space. You will leverage existing relationships with CISOs and banking sector decision-makers to expand our presence across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the banking and financial services sector
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CISOs, CTOs) in target regions
- Sell and manage a multi-product portfolio
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
Requirements
- Early-stage/startup sales experience
- Proven ability to sell multi-product solutions
- Existing relationships with CISOs and banking sector contacts in Nigeria
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: CBN, NDPA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
- Full-time availability for remote work based in Lagos
Compensation
N1,500,000 – N2,000,000 monthly base salary + uncapped commission + equity
