Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Support Officer who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience with the company.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
