3D Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architect to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. You will be responsible for designing residential and commercial projects, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and overseeing site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Create realistic 3D renderings and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and construction documentation
• Manage and supervise construction projects from design through completion
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' post-NYSC experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong experience in residential and commercial building design
• Proven ability to independently manage site construction projects
• Excellent 3D visualization and presentation skills
• Proficiency in: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary

₦300,000 per month
