About the role
Marvel Advisory is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in Yaba, Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office records, files, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide administrative support to various departments
- Coordinate logistics and support operational activities as assigned
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Female candidates are preferred
- Must reside in or around Yaba and its environs for easy commute
Salary N100,000 – N120,000 monthly, with competitive salary package, opportunity for career growth and development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
