Cruz Travels NG is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join their team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create compelling content for online engagement and brand promotion.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing goals and support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• B.Sc degree in a relevant field.
• 3 - 10 years of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent content creation abilities.
• Good understanding of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
• Strong copywriting and persuasive writing skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing skills for social media content are an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Results-driven with a focus on lead generation, sales, and business growth.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve marketing skills.
