Distributor Developer

Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential distributors in line with 3rd party distribution strategy to meet distribution targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage channel execution and ensure distribution strategy is understood and implemented
• Monitor and track RTIs, conduct periodic stock counts, and ensure accuracy of distributor stock position on Kuja
• Track and report stock age across distributor warehouses
• Conduct monthly account reconciliation
• Influence sell-in of focus brands
• Ensure distributor logistics infrastructure aligns with company requirements
• Collate and communicate competitive information
• Establish distributor management processes for assigned area
• Conduct distributor performance and financial profitability analysis
• Ensure distributors understand and adhere to commercial terms

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree (B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or related field)
• Minimum of 3 years' related sales experience
• Good knowledge of distribution processes, costs, and optimization solutions
• Proficiency in Kuja and SAP systems
• Knowledge of distributor environment in allocated area
• Budgeting and process techniques expertise
• Commercial competence and strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and team orientation
