Truck Driver

MacTay Consulting is hiring a Truck Driver for operations based in Ajah, Lagos. This role involves driving heavy-duty vehicles, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and ensuring safe transportation of goods while maintaining compliance with traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report faults
• Navigate Lagos road network while adhering to traffic regulations
• Maintain punctuality and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian driver's licence (Class G or appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience driving trucks
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network and traffic regulations
• Ability to carry out basic vehicle inspections and report faults
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Preference given to applicants residing in or around Ajah
