About the role
Administrative Officer
Rite Foods Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth business functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage time and attendance biometric capturing, update weekly rosters, and generate reports for weekly wages payment
- Manage and process weekly and monthly payments for police and SPU officers
- Conduct regular staff enlightenment on quality management systems and ensure compliance with quality policy
- Generate and manage staff ID and access cards
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain the company's fleet in good working condition
- Ensure all fleet documentation, licenses, and registrations are updated and current
- Process logistic support requests for personnel on local business trips
- Manage vendors, ensure SLAs are met, mitigate risks, and maximize vendor value
- Classify, record, and file documents to maintain administrative records for the HR & Admin department
Requirements
- First degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline
- Professional certification in HR Management (e.g., Chartered Institute of Personnel Management - CIPM) is required
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant job experience in a well-structured organization, preferably manufacturing or FMCG
