About the role

Administrative Officer

Rite Foods Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth business functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage time and attendance biometric capturing, update weekly rosters, and generate reports for weekly wages payment
  • Manage and process weekly and monthly payments for police and SPU officers
  • Conduct regular staff enlightenment on quality management systems and ensure compliance with quality policy
  • Generate and manage staff ID and access cards
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain the company's fleet in good working condition
  • Ensure all fleet documentation, licenses, and registrations are updated and current
  • Process logistic support requests for personnel on local business trips
  • Manage vendors, ensure SLAs are met, mitigate risks, and maximize vendor value
  • Classify, record, and file documents to maintain administrative records for the HR & Admin department

Requirements

  • First degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Professional certification in HR Management (e.g., Chartered Institute of Personnel Management - CIPM) is required
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant job experience in a well-structured organization, preferably manufacturing or FMCG
  • Time and Attendance Software Management Skills
