The Head of Internal Audit is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Group Internal Audit strategy and annual audit plan based on the group’s key risks and strategic objectives. This role involves evaluating risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting financial and operational audits, managing fraud risk, and preparing internal audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Group Internal Audit strategy and annual audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the group’s risk management framework and internal control systems.
• Direct audits of the Group’s financial and accounting processes.
• Conduct operational audits to assess efficiency and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain controls for preventing and detecting fraud.
• Prepare periodic Internal Audit reports for executive management and the audit committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of work experience.
