We are currently recruiting for the following positions in a fashion company based in Aguda, Surulere, Lagos.

1️⃣ STORE MANAGER / STOREKEEPER

Responsibilities:

• Managing fabrics and tailoring materials.
• Keeping accurate stock records.
• Issuing and receiving materials.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Organizing and maintaining the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fashion house, tailoring business or similar environment.
• Must understand fabrics and tailoring materials.
• Organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented.

2️⃣ TAILORS – COMMISSION BASIS ✂️

Responsibilities:

• Skilled Ready-to-Wear and Bespoke Tailors.

Requirements:

• Good cutting and sewing skills.
• Excellent finishing.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous fashion production experience is an advantage.

Payment: On a commission basis.

3️⃣ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / CONTENT CREATOR 📱🎥

Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create and post fashion content.
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, photos and videos.
• Respond to comments and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a content calendar.
• Monitor page performance.

Requirements:

• Previous social media/content creation experience.
• Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Creativity and a good eye for fashion.
• Ability to shoot and edit quality content.
• CapCut/Canva knowledge is an advantage.

4️⃣ PROCUREMENT OFFICER 🛍️

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials at good prices.
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate prices.
• Compare prices and ensure quality.
• Keep accurate records of purchases.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with the Store and Production teams.

Requirements:

• Previous procurement/purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fabrics and fashion materials is a plus.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer/WhatsApp skills.

5️⃣ SECURITY PERSONNEL 🛡️

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the premises.
• Control the entry and exit of visitors.
• Protect company property and materials.
• Report suspicious activities or security concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous security experience is an advantage.
• Must be alert, honest and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be responsible and punctual.
