About the role
Senior Sales Specialist
Doulas by the Bay is hiring a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist for a fully remote, full-time position working California USA hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads and conduct client consultations
- Build strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Drive conversions from initial inquiry through contract closure
- Achieve and exceed conversion rate targets (minimum 20%, goal 30%+)
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience (required)
- Strong sales track record and proven closing ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage clients from initial contact to closing
- Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Available full-time (5 days/week) during California business hours
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
- Women only (Nigerians or Africans)
