About the Role
Proten is seeking an experienced, target-driven HR Sales Lead to drive business growth by promoting HR consulting and recruitment solutions to corporate clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building long-term client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and engage new corporate clients for HR consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, training, and other HR services
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate HR solutions
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Work closely with HR delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR services sales
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable HR solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
