Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and passionate Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive business growth within the Ikeja Territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure product availability across assigned healthcare facilities and pharmacies.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and call activity reports.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Science, or related discipline
• 1 - 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Ikeja territory and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
