About the role
Sales Executive
Romanspage Global is seeking a Sales Executive to promote AI training programmes and digital solutions to professionals, organizations, and businesses across Nigeria.
You will identify new sales opportunities, drive training enrollments, build strategic partnerships, and expand AI adoption across industries. This role combines sales development with client relationship management and requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for AI training programmes and digital solutions
- Drive training enrollments and client acquisition across target markets
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training pitches to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, institutions, and partner organizations
- Serve as primary point of contact for prospects and clients
- Develop proposals and partnership opportunities with organizations
- Support awareness campaigns, webinars, activations, and business events
- Track and report sales activities, leads, enrollments, and conversion performance
- Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets consistently
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience:
- 2–5 years in sales, business development, or technology-related services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with digital products, training programmes, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage
- Experience engaging corporate organizations and institutional clients is preferred
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to explain technology solutions clearly to different audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Confidence in presentations, demos, and client engagement
Desirable:
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of AI productivity tools and workplace automation
- Knowledge of digital platforms, portal systems, or technology solutions
- Interest in innovation and emerging technologies
