Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex business and marketing data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will analyze large datasets, develop interactive dashboards and reports, track key performance metrics, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
• Combine data from multiple internal and external sources to create a unified view of business and marketing performance.
• Define, monitor, and report on key business and marketing performance indicators.
• Conduct data audits, reconciliations, and validation checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical requirements.
• Keep up with emerging analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience working with large datasets, data modelling, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Python or similar tools for data visualization, analysis, and automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
