Digital Marketing Executive

Natural Girl Wigs is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive growth and performance across digital marketing channels through strategic campaign execution, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Execute, optimize, and improve campaigns across digital marketing channels
• Manage content and customer journeys to drive performance
• Monitor campaign performance, identify underperforming areas, and take initiative to improve outcomes
• Work across multiple marketing channels (social media, paid ads, email, content) to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Use marketing tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Test, learn, and iterate on campaigns without requiring constant direction

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing beyond content posting and ad placement
• Critical thinking about performance metrics and campaign optimization
• Detail-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools, or analytics dashboards
• Comfort working with data and analytics
• Ability to take ownership and initiative in solving marketing challenges
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels
