Social Media Marketer

Lazeto Hotels is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage our digital presence, grow brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
• Create engaging content including graphics, photos, videos, and captions
• Manage hotel social media accounts and respond to messages and comments promptly
• Plan and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns as required
• Track and report social media performance using analytics tools
• Work closely with management to promote hotel services, events, and special offers

Requirements

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve engagement
• Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Must reside within or around the Zango area

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
