Customer Service Representative (Restaurant)

Join our restaurant team in Wuse 2, Abuja as a Customer Service Representative. You will deliver excellent guest service, handle orders efficiently, and ensure a smooth front-of-house dining experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
• Provide menu information and recommend items to customers
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders and quality service
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate where necessary
• Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service area
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and presentable personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled
• Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality role (advantageous)

Working Conditions

• Shift-based schedule (1 day on, 1 day off)
• Approximately 15 working days per month
• Full-time position
• Immediate employment

Salary

• Monthly: ₦90,000
• Daily staff meal provided during shifts
