LATEEFTECH AUTOMOBILE CLINIC LTD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and communicate effectively across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working in customer support.
• SSCE, OND, or BSc qualification.
• Candidates must reside within Mainland Lagos.

Salary ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
