Call Centre Operator

Slimmex Unibloom International Limited is seeking a professional Call Centre Operator to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Manage outbound calls as needed, such as follow-up calls or customer surveys
• Utilise CRM systems or databases to access and update customer information
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Strive to provide first-call resolution for all customer inquiries
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel or department

Requirements

• HND or BSc degree
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in English
• Female applicants only

Salary

NGN 100,000 monthly (stated remuneration)
