Marketing Management Trainee

This is a 6-month intensive traineeship designed to equip fresh graduates with practical and strategic skills across key business functions within the marketing and technology space.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in solving real-life business challenges and participating in daily operations, meetings, and projects.
• Learning and observing from experienced staff members, gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Completing assigned tasks, preparing documents, updating records, and fulfilling requirements and goals set for the traineeship.

Requirements

• Must possess minimum of BSc / HND in Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Age range: 19-25 years
• 0 - 1 year of work experience, with completion of NYSC
• Minimum of 2.1
• Strong practical intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and share ideas
• Street smart.
