About the role
Head of Sales
Lead and manage DreamCity Properties' real estate sales operations across Lagos and Abuja, driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution, team leadership, and market expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Monitor individual and team performance against set goals, providing coaching and support
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Generate high-quality leads through direct marketing, referrals, partnerships, and digital platforms
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent prospect flow across the sales cycle
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline health to senior management
- Conduct frequent property inspections with prospective clients across Lagos and Abuja
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service from first contact to post-sale follow-up
- Negotiate and close deals professionally with mutually beneficial outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
- Ensure proper maintenance and compliance of sales documentation, contracts, and client records
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in real estate and investment sales
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in Lagos or Abuja property market
- Experience selling land, residential apartments, commercial properties, and investment packages
- Deep understanding of Lagos or Abuja real estate landscape, including market dynamics, pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Strong lead generation and networking abilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across Lagos for inspections
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
