Customer Care Representative

Cakes and Cream is seeking a customer-oriented representative to deliver excellent service, respond to inquiries efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements

• Minimum BSc degree or equivalent in any field
• Must have completed NYSC
• Experience in customer service
• Computer literacy
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Problem-solving mindset
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking

Salary

NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month

Working Conditions

• Full Time (8 AM – 5 PM)
• Monday to Saturday (including public holidays)
• Locations: Surulere and Victoria Island, Lagos
