Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue by combining AI and real signals. As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, focusing on talent strategies, organizational design, and driving high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to design and execute talent strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, building their capability to lead high-performing, highly engaged teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention.
• Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation, scale, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations, ensuring fairness, risk mitigation, and alignment with core values.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong background as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent strategic role.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching business leaders, driving organizational design, and leading change management initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization.
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
