About the role

Magna Eye Care is recruiting an Administrative and Customer Care Executive to represent the clinic and manage daily operational activities. This is a full-time role based in Abuja, offering a welcoming healthcare environment focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient queries
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support filing systems
  • Coordinate administrative duties to support clinic efficiency
  • Assist patients with treatments (frames, lenses, drugs)
  • Support doctors and clinical staff with documentation
  • Keep proper documentation of patient transactions and stocks
  • Provide clear information about products, services, and appointments
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and accuracy
  • Follow up with patients on booked appointments and incomplete transactions
  • Implement growth strategies focused on brand awareness

Requirements

  • BSc/HND degree
  • Stable work history
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in customer care, sales, or marketing (advantageous but not mandatory)

Salary N200,000 gross monthly with additional sales bonuses. Tax and pension deductions will be applied.
