About the role
Oak Exclusive is hiring a Customer Care Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer experiences across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates on production and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and other internal teams
- Provide feedback and insights to support service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently
- Proficiency in communication and customer management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset
- Experience in fashion, retail, luxury brands, or service-oriented industries is an advantage
Salary ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
