Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to understand client needs and successfully close deals.
• Implement plans to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings.
• Ensure product availability and review stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Identify customer challenges and ensure satisfaction by providing tailored solutions.
• Manage customer accounts effectively to prevent stock-outs and ensure optimal product visibility.
• Execute sales strategies in line with management directives.
• Track sales activities and monitor market trends to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to monitor performance and update leadership.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities.
• Provide actionable insights based on sales performance and market feedback.
