JavaScript Developer (MERN Fullstack)

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a talented and passionate JavaScript developer to build and manage top-tier web applications. You will handle both front-end and back-end platform duties, from design implementation to code analysis.

Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and debug web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS
• Design and manage well-organized, efficient, and flexible JavaScript code
• Create user-centered applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop new features, enhance existing features, and implement bug fixes
• Partner with design, back-end, and product teams to execute solutions
• Address performance roadblocks and optimize applications for speed and flexibility
• Create and run automated tests to ensure code quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
• Engage in code reviews and contribute ideas to optimize the codebase
• Ensure seamless connection of front-end elements with back-end services and APIs
• Participate in Agile practices, including planning, daily check-ins, and reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of client-side single-page applications using modern frameworks (React.js, Backbone, etc.)
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Unit/integration testing experience
