About the role
eHealth4everyone is seeking a Human Resource and Administrative Assistant to manage recruitment, employee development, payroll, and HR operations. The role requires a strategic professional with deep knowledge of employment legislation and excellent communication skills to oversee all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the full recruitment process
- Orient new employees and develop training programs for existing staff
- Design and implement learning & development strategies for organizational capacity building
- Monitor and supervise employee performance in collaboration with team leads
- Ensure employee satisfaction and organize work environments
- Oversee health and safety compliance for all employees
- Implement systematic staff development procedures
- Provide counseling and guidance on company policies and procedures
- Administer payroll and benefits with meticulous accuracy
- Communicate with staff regarding performance and work-related issues
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records in electronic and digital formats
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and labour laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Professional HR certifications (CIPM, S/PHRi, CIPD, SHRM, or GPHR) preferred
