Sales Team Lead – Salary Loans & Investments

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on salary loans and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Drive sales of salary loan and investment products across assigned markets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching to improve productivity.
• Ensure team members meet their sales and productivity goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in financial services sales, with strong experience in salary loans and investment products.
• Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Must reside in Asaba, Delta State.

Salary

• ₦230,000 – ₦300,000 base salary, depending on experience.
• Attractive performance-based commission.
