Salon Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our salon facility in Abuja. You will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, handle inventory, and maintain financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage salon/service business operations
• Supervise and schedule staff
• Handle customer service and resolve complaints
• Manage cash handling and basic financial reporting
• Control inventory and stock levels

Requirements

Must-have:

• Salon/service business operations management experience
• Staff supervision and scheduling ability
• Customer service and complaint resolution skills
• Cash handling and financial reporting experience
• Inventory and stock control knowledge

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in barbering or beauty industry
• Client booking system experience
• Sales and upselling techniques
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

Salary

NGN 200,000–350,000 per month
