Sales Team Lead – Lagos
Iknorbert Communications Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead to supervise sales representatives, coordinate field activities, monitor performance, and drive achievement of sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead sales representatives
- Coordinate daily field activities
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Support achievement of sales targets
- Coach and develop team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales supervision or team leadership
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Fluent in understanding and speaking French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in mobile phone, electronics, electrical, accessories, or solar industry is highly desirable
