Sales Team Lead – Lagos

Iknorbert Communications Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead to supervise sales representatives, coordinate field activities, monitor performance, and drive achievement of sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead sales representatives
  • Coordinate daily field activities
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Support achievement of sales targets
  • Coach and develop team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales supervision or team leadership
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Fluent in understanding and speaking French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in mobile phone, electronics, electrical, accessories, or solar industry is highly desirable
