A Business Manager is needed to oversee the operations of an Entertainment and Leisure company. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing customer satisfaction, planning events, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Securing new corporate, private, and group bookings.
• Managing customer feedback, complaints, and repeat patronage.
• Planning and executing successful events.
• Increasing customer visits and facility utilization.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations with minimal disruptions.
• Monitoring staff performance, attendance, productivity, and service quality.
• Managing operational expenses effectively.
• Developing quality partnerships with commercial value.
• Implementing initiatives that improve revenue, customer experience, or efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business management, hospitality, entertainment, leisure, events, tourism, sales, or a related environment.
• Experience managing a customer-facing business or entertainment venue is highly desirable.
• Experience in business development, sales, or events management is strongly preferred.
