Senior Brand & Marketing Lead (Real Estate)

Outsource Nigeria is seeking a Senior Brand & Marketing Lead to drive brand strategy and marketing excellence for a real estate portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Lekki Aviation Town requires a strategic leader to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, manage a creative team, and partner with sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across channels
• Provide sales enablement support in partnership with Sales Performance & Operations Manager
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Supervise Digital Marketing Executives, Social Media Executives, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Content Writers, Community Managers, and creative vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand leadership and marketing strategy
• Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Campaign management and execution expertise
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing (preferred)
